Ans: Some repairs are completed on the same day if parts are needed and are in stock. Others can take 3 to 5 business days due to part ordering. very few times things can take longer just because of the complexity of the issue.

Q6: Do you provide free estimates or diagnostics?
Ans: We offer a minimal fee of $40.00 for in-home estimates and diagnostics to determine the issue with your TV, Computer, Laptop, Powered-Subs, and so forth, however, yes it’s free because if approved by you, we do apply the fee towards the cost of the repair done. Smaller items considered not worth repairing are almost always free of charge for the diagnostics.
In many cases, our customer are “Extremely” happy we took the time to even repair their items which in some cases have sentimental value to them.
Q7: Can you fix cracked screens on TVs?
Ans: We cannot repair damaged or cracked screen on any tv and parts are not obtainable for even an estimate
